I’ve spent more than 20 years leading People, Culture and Talent across high-growth, complex and values-driven

organisations. My career has spanned coaching, culture transformation, leadership development, organisational

design and executive people leadership. Across every chapter, one thing has always been true:

humans sit at the heart of performance.

I’m known for bringing calm to complexity, clarity to ambiguity and humanity to leadership.
